so my previous post got cut off ~~

wow. it has been so many years...i think it has been 3 years ago since my last post... reading that post now...it is so embarrassing >.<!!!

my writing...the ranting...very...immature..oh my gosh how could i even write that way... anyway its been a REAL long while...i am STILL in the fandom :) *throws popcorn*

i did go for an infinite(kpop) con recently when they came to Singapore but i realised that i think i am stuck as an arashian for good.

i joined the fandom just after ohchan's art exhibition and i really only started being active after the scandal..thus my name Tired Of This Whole Issue (Totwi~)....i thought i forgot it..but i kept that name through my VOX years because i wanted to remember my roots.

That was with the fandom through those times...its really ions ago... now i am working full time... time is so limited..half of the time work just consumes me...now i know how amber felt when she started work... there is just so little time to d/l their shows and its hard to catch up at times but i still keep myself up-to-date with their happenings...today i looked through my arashi vids and my love is still there :) its great to be a fan of them. its great to know that there is one group i am truly a fan of. and that will never change i think.

..i still look for their mags at kino..sadly they always run out before i can get them...i guess my heart for japan will always be strong...manga, seiyuus,the language, culture, food, anime, games, people...it will never end....

will i come back to blogging..i feel like doing so...but i think i will blog about more general things from now on...so that i can keep this blog alive...i lost a lot of readers but...i never started this blog to be read anyway...just an outlet to express my feelings :)

FNS 2011

A lot of things happened...

now what ? XD whose fault is it ?

The guys did a wonderful job in the collab. they were on pitch and they really sang well live ^_^

what happened 15 mins later was something i think no one expected to happen.

it was as if we were looking at their clones who had no vocal chords or had ear problems...

XD

so my take on it..

i was very afraid after reading some ppl comments in Lj...in fact some were really tactless.. but oh well you get all kinds of fans ...i listened to it...at first it seemed fine to me..like their usual way of singing live..but then something strikes as odd... they were singing accapella...as in the harmony was very loud...i could hear some nice harmonisation but the main base melody was not there O_O...infact i could not even hear ohchan untill his solo part...what on earth was happening ? and the last chorus they sang...O_O...it was very very strange...it was loud and WHAT ? even tone deaf ppl will not sing that way...its like they were singing loudly forcefully so that each of the rest could hear their voices and get to the correct pitch...then you notice something else...WHERE ON EARTH ARE THEIR FAMOUS earpieces !!! OHCHAN's PINK PERSONALISED EARPIECE is not in his ear O_____________________________O !!!    WHO ON EARTH SINGS LIVE WITH A LIVE BAND WITHOUT THE EARPIECE ? its sucide....like seriously and arashi is too professional to not know that they need it ....so something was fishy...it was TOO way out of tune during the last chorus...

 

another thing i hated and i always hate about lives....the sound is sometimes loud then soft...seriously WHAT ? obviously i know being the first group to sing after a CM will cause problems because you do not know what the starting pitch from the tv will be like, so its like trial and error...BUT SERIOUSLY after twittering to the WORLD that they did so many run throughs..how on earth is this possible ?

and then dont mess with the arashi fans..cause we have heavy weights in the fandom..I AM SURE THERE ARE with their large fan base, you get diff fans of diff rankings in society...if they want to call FTV to find out what is going on , they will FIND what is going on..and looks like some one has admitted that the staff MISPLACED THE earpiece O_____________________O WAHT.........i can imagine the commotion that could have happened before they went live...but oh well the show had to go on...and the show even twittered that it was a technical error...but seriously that is just ...oh well....a lot of heads will roll if this is true..

on the worries that i see in the fandom...

that they will get bashhhhhhhhheddddddddd and pulled out of shows....when i first joined the fandom..gosh i worried about every little thing...T_T...and it really was not good for my health...sometimes i could not sleep..yeap those days...ahh they are gone...but only after like 3 years that my love and trust in the guys really hit a calm steady line...so yeap not worried...actually it will be pretty funny to see what will happen tmr. FTV will have some answering to do, does their singing affect ppl's image ? hmm...considering that they sang perfectly in the previous song...other than the antis, i think ppl will not care..HELLO its a 4 hour long show......... so many ppl were off pitch...and the band was bleah..so please there are too many things to notice...and if they DID get noticed would ppl run away from arashi ...-_-....their fandom in jp at least is much more steadier and level headed than that...actually i think they will get more sympathises and gain more respect for singing live without all the necessary equiptment..will the press have a FIELD day tmr ? hmm..depends...i think it will be more FTV bashing than anything else.....................and seriously SINCE WHEN DID arashi ever proclaim to the world they sing well ? XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD i dont think they ever did...but they never fail to deliver 100% and more ! smiles and fun included ^_^ no matter how bad the storm..they will weather it. oh and peopl do not watch kouhaku just for arashi...those are the fans, and they will watch no matter if arashi can sing or not ( which we all know they can anyway)....so this wont affect ratings in my book ....

i am sure it will be fine..and if it is not...nothing can beat the ohno fiasco Years ago...

been working...

as arashi chan settles into a nice steady pace i also have settled nicely in the the goings of the fandom..

without fail i will check up on their on goings every day ..

and yes i still buy their cds ^_^ !!!!! and if possible their mags ! why "possible" ? cause it is so SO SO SO HARD TO GET THEM HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARGH >_<  ! so freaking annoying ! and ohchan's ones run out like I DONT KNOW WHAT ! its seriously frustrating ! like there is so much jun and sho mags..( i have a feeling they order more of theirs) but ohchan's one run out like so fast....sigh....................... but anyway :D yeap i still d/l their shows, still watch them and laugh and wonder when i ever will get a chance to see them live XD....

the year is coming to an end and wow they really have done well yet again ^_^ in my eyes at least ! ohchan is even talking much more than he usually would ^_^ ~~~...So happy ~~~~

going to japan for holiday !! finally going to kanto ! so YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH i am going to get the mags THERE !!!!!!!!!!!! HOOK OR BY CROOK !...:DDDDDDDDD.....

i am totally enjoying sho chan's drama !!! its so funny XD and very nice to relax :D..

in other news.. i have gone back to my manga and anime ways ^_^~~~ never left that....i loveeee manga and anime :D <3 <3...last term had really good anime e.g Taibun! tiger and bunny <3 <3 bought quite a bit of their merchandise :D and ahhhhh its worth it cause the anime is freaking awesome ! ...i am a huge Lunatic fan though <3 love him more than the 2 mains XD..and i really really like dragon kid ^_^ <3

what else....been playing A LOT of games...A LOT...and ahhhhhhhhh the feeling is just pure bliss ! i loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee FF TYPE 0 !!!!!!! NINE <33333333333333333 XD.....i am a total Nine x Queen shipper ^^ .........and playing layton, nintendogs on 3ds ahh LOve love games ^_^ !!! now .................now i just need arashi chan to put up some game on one of these consoles so i can buy it and play :DDDD !!!!! why does akb get 2 and arashi chan dont get T_T...but anyway...

thats how life has been so far....work has been tiring...very stressful and it has taken a toll on my health pretty badly....been doing damage control...i really thank God that he has been with me, sent supportive friends and a wonderful family i cannot do without.. <3

to anyone who is still reading this blog....thank you and sorry for not updating...i am thinking of blogging properly but i will have to see how i do ^_^ <3 miss everyone and what the fandom used to be like

and congrats arashi chan on getting 1st for album sales ! i listened to both Akb's and Arashi's and frankly speaking arashi's is much better ^^...dont get me wrong i like Yuko chan <3 but erm....i like arashi's sound more ^_^ ~~hopefully next year arashi will get a chance to write more songs in their album ........actually i am quite excited for next year ! :D what new stuff awaits ? fufufu

oh last thing.....saw kiss-my-ft2's latest single....er.............since when was it a 3 man group ? ...sad..... poor guys who were pushed to the back...i really cannot stand one of the main singers...his face when singing looks SO fake it makes me cringe ...he seriously over does the lipsync...*faints*....my fav in the group has always been Senga..( see i even bothered to remember his name XD...says a lot)....................but he has been like pushed back in terms of position and costume to become backup dancer of sorts......whats up with this group man....sigh................ and sexy zone........................siiiiighhhhh....cute...nice songs....but gosh...poor things...ok i will give a whole run through of my thoughts on the different groups this year...maybe later tonight...ooh my i am on a roll.............

ok i was randomly looking through VEVO on youtube..and i came across selena gomez's song...other than the fact that the "japanese/karaoke host" lady speaks REALLy crap japanese...in the MV..selena plays a girl singing a song at a karaoke lounge..and she keeps looking at the tv screen for the words...so there are different MVs shown.........

AT ONE PART it really seemed to me that the MV shot looked like kito daijoubu ! O_O AND THE BEST PART was that it was a japanese MV they were refering to due to the subtitles..O_O!!!!..COULD It BE ???????? look at this screencap

this song is really wonderful ! the whole instrumental backing and since he wrote the song himself he usually sets the song at a pitch that he can sing at well which is awesome ! and he sounds really great in this solo! i love the last part of the song..the final part where he goes up an octave which is like WOW !!!

so impressed with this solo !!! :DDD

ok next solo..

aiba's solo..hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.............very jaaazzzzzzzzzy.. XD>..hahaha something i did not expect from the title but i think this will be a fun piece to dance and sing to for him. i feel that this solo is much better than last year's one. its more solid in terms of how the piece is put together.

vocally he does his usual :D which is cool ! am i a fan of the song...hmm i like the chorus..its very catchy !..:D !!!

he is really trying something very different now which is quite interesting !

ohchan's solo..

wow this solo..WOw....its very ...top secret. if i were to be frank..i do not like top secret as a song but the dance was like MIND BLOWING O_O.......i am not really a person of hip-hop based songs but what is funny is that MORE people seemed to like this song more than his ballads O_O...XD...

ok for hung up on...on the little bit that has been released.....ok i have to say he sounds very good . he sounds EXTREMELY good actually ...so clean and clear and erm...ero ? XD hhahahahha i love the blending of the voices during the chorus too !...some people say there is auto tune but hmm...i dont think so...i only think sho chan's voice is auto tuned....but its a very different song...something i dont usually listen to.. but wow it can be addictive ...

there is also  A LOT Of english...like A LOT !....the grammar is a bit...BUT his pronounciation is really not too bad :D !!! and its very HIGH ...as in this song is highly charged :D !! a lot of energy ! ...

ohchan said that he did the cheography and the juniors cant seem to catch up...more like they have no idea how he does it...AHHAHA XD not surprised...when i watched the dvd dome+...you could see that during ohchan's solo, the backup dancers were panting like crazy O_O...hmm...

i really cant wait to see his perf..it took me a while to get used to ohchan;s song..REALLY a while but now i really think its a sexy piece which is fuufufufuf GOOOOOOOOOOOODILICIOUS :D!

i think so far i am liking what i am hearing...

i really like nino's solo ! like really uplifting :D...if i want something exciting, i will go for ohchans...and if i want something playful...aibas :D ! now just to wait for the rest to appear:D....

ohchan..RAmble ramble ramble...album ...solo ?

should ohchan have his own album? some japanese in youtube are discussing this on the youtube video of his latest solo song.

looks like the views are divided. some want it, others do not want to see that as it may split up the group.

you know its times like this i am so happy ohchan is not greedy for the limelight and capitalistic by nature<3...he is so happy with what he has and thats enough. if he can give more, if people expect more, he will still do his best to give it !...aww love him <3

was watching the dvd, and jun kun said that he looks at ohchan a lot and nino himself said that ohchan is the hardest person to understand in the group. well...i am not surprised.. i know jun kun really respects ohchan, like he would actually become very cuddly with ohchan which i find very adorable :D and nino chan, i agree, i dont understand ohchan, i still dont get what makes him tick.

sometimes i feel that ohchan is not who we see, i dont think he is that lost, he is what you would call unpredictable, and at the same time predictable.. really a paradox, to me, but i guess that is why i love him so much :D ....he is so hot at the same time very cuddly and cute..he is both very aware and at the same time looks like he is completely lost in what is happening...so i totally agree with nino chan, i think ohchan is difficult to understand !...and aww i love him :D !

ok i deviated...back to the album thing....hmm....very hard to say ...i think for me personally , i mentioned this before, i would not mind him release a solo album and i really dont mind if the res of arashi do it too!...but if he does not, i wont die...its just that sometimes i just want to hear his voice and his works..i love the guys as a whole but i really love ohchan's voice..

one of the commentors wrote that even though we say that arashi chan is close, this does not mean that they can cover each others voices and singing parts. and she brought up the example in the dvd, which i too noticed. during oh yeah, ohchan has a few solo parts, but i got a shock suddenly when i heard the last of his solo lines in the show because he was not the one who was singing. it was jun, aiba and nino who split up that last part of the lines. the outcome, well i guess the commentor was correct, the out come was very different

if i were to be really frank, i feel that without ohchan, the quality of the singing in arashi will be really not very stable . i am not putting him on a higher pedestal but his voice really backbones a lot of their songs, his  voice has the grounding effect on the songs.

i am not saying that the rest cant sing, on the contrary, i think the rest can sing pretty well. however due to the different type of voices they have, and they really have different types of voices...the range is HUGE.....i think its hard to gel their voices together smoothly...so hmm...will be hard........

but then again this is my own personal opinion. i know that there are many others who would say that other of the guys sing better with much more emotion or even the imperfection of their singing makes it so authentic and lovely :D...which i believe is true too ^_^...

so yup just my thoughts...

so new album ? that would be nice...in fact it would be fantastico...

but if no..well..i will wait :D...and if it never comes...i love him and arashi still ^^
